Chess classes for kids

Hi, my daughter is really interested in playing chess,not sure why. I cannot help her because I have never played in my life.

I was wondering if there is a club or a course for kids around East Dulwich either after school or weekends.

She is 5 1/2 and a complete beginner.

If it doesn't need to be in ED give cherry and ice cafe in Sydenham a call, because the person who runs the female chess club apparently does after school clubs somewhere. I have also seen kids playing chess on Saturdays in Sydenham library. Can't see info about it on council website but it's community run so lots of things go unreported/marketed sadly. Give them a call though.
