Ruskin House Nusery - any good?

We have to consider sending our 13 month baby boy to nursery in a couple of months. I'm going to have a look round at Ruskin House and wondered if anyone has any experience of this nursery. Apparently it changed management in April, the web-site information is now a bit sketchy so any comments needs to be about how the nurery is working at this moment.
