This home is under renovation, ready on 14 April, with new kitchen, bathroom and room decoration.

The property is being renovated to a high standard with marble tiles, premium grey paint and gorgeous wood floors.

The property is located in East Dulwich Estate **SE22 8AD**. There?s a bus stop in front of the property with good connections into the city. East Dulwich station is 5 minutes away and Denmark Hill station is 10 minutes away with service every 5 minutes to Whitechapel and the Jubilee line.

You have your choice of rooms from 430 to 620 every four weeks. There are three double rooms available, so get them while you can! Deposit is 400 and rent is all-inclusive with nothing further to pay for internet, utilities or council tax.

Your room has cupboard space, a nice desk, swivel chair and a comfortable bed mattress. The kitchen has new appliances including a dryer and extra fridge-freezer space. The bathroom is brand new renovated with a shower.

6 months minimum term. 1 month notice.
