Bugaboo Bee urgent help needed!! SEAT BLOCKED!!

I seem to have somehow locked the seat in the fully reclined position. Trying to bring it back up but white lever on back seems stuck and is not moving up or down

Have I done it damage or is there a simple solution?? I need to fold it down

Update to say service at Bugaboo solved my problem - the seat unit was not fully open hence problem. THank goodness thought I had broken it without hardly ever using it!
