Spanish-speaking cleaner needed

We are looking for a cleaner who speaks Spanish, preferably from South America, to clean a 2-bed flat once a week for 2-3 hours on a Thursday or Friday. Good attention to detail needed and possibly some laundry. References required. We live near Denmark Hill station.
