Hi there, we are going to be putting our lovely home on the market towards the end of April, before we involve agents I thought I'd sound out the forum! It's a four bedroom, 70s build next to the excellent Ivy House pub. Over two floors it's newly and neutrally decorated, and an excellent family home with a little courtyard and nice safe communal gardens. ?450,000 minimum, we're hoping for a bit more if we can get it.
