Computer build - recommendation for engineer to check system

I recently bought a custom computer from apparently a highly recommended manufacturer but having experienced a mountain of problems with it and sent it back twice, I no longer have faith in the company. Even if I could send the computer back I can't because it's now critical to my business and there's data on it that cannot easily be shifted around.

I'm prepared to pay a highly qualified someone to take a look at the build and verify it is all connected properly, safely and securely and optimise the system as required. If anyone can offer this service or recommend anyone I'd be interested to hear from you. It's an Intel i7 PC built around an X99-AII motherboard with 3 hard drives (2 solid state) and an M2000 Nvidia graphics card. The work would have to be done on site, here in ED.
