studio or one bed flat for single professional wanted

hi, I need a reasonably sized studio or one bed flat to rent any time during end of March or April. I am flexible about the date. Part-furnished or unfurnished is good as I have some furniture.

Flat for single occupant, female IT professional, non-smoker, no pets and good long rental history in London.

Area could be East Dulwich, Forest Hill, Camberwell etc. etc., as long as safe, nice and close to good transportation links to Central London, it will be fine.
