This is a multifunctional?bench which is in a good condition. It is foldable, so it can be stood upright and will slot into a small space for storage. It comes with two removable attachments, which are the preacher deck and the leg extension arm. I've had the bench for over a year and it's been excellent for my home training. The only reason I am selling is that I'm moving into a new place and no longer have the space to keep it. Collections from Brockley. ?65 or best offer. More photos on request.

  Ah ok, so you’re saying I need to be underneath something like a table when I do the underwriting? That makes sense. Must be why they get paid so much - they’re managing the risks of working in a confined under space.

  Our son goes to Dulwich Village Pre School and i can’t recommend more highly. Set surrounded by fields and run by a group of kind, straight forward and competent women.
