Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of a RIC’s surveyor, specifically for the roof in the local area. I think the type of survey is called a defects survey and I did have a look on the RICS website but there seems to just be a few in London who do these. Each cost about £1k. We have had a few roofing contractors on the roof over the years but they each seem to have a different opinion, so I would like an independent evaluation. I keep getting leaks every few years even after repair work done. Best wishes -

They accept wood, just take them apart -
I think there are companies that collect pallets, have a search for used pallet collection
