Large ensuite loft room for Monday to Friday lodger

Furnished loft bedroom with en-suite shower room. TV, broadband, mini fridge, kettle and toaster provided in the room. Use of kitchen/dining room and washing machine as well as the patio and garden.

Non-smokers only. We have two dogs.

Rent includes all bills and wifi. Also included are towels and bed linen, which we will launder.

One month?s deposit and references required.
