Hi!

I'm about to adopt a blind cat and I have stairs inside my flat, the shelter has said the best thing to keep it safe is a baby gate .

If anyone's kids have outgrown the need for a gate and want to pass it on I can come collect on Tuesday, much appreciated!!

  Completely agree. It is not only good practice to inform clients in advance of a move/departure/closure but they presumably have not been sending regular case updates either. My advice would be to continue to complain to firm, SRA and Ombudsman.
