Possibly Stolen/dumped moped?

Just driving home and spotted this moped on the corner of crystal palace road and Jennings road. I'm assuming it's been stolen and dumped as the number plate has been snapped off, the front light has been torn out and the top box is lying in the gutter. I took a photo as I'm clueless about mopeds and couldn't see any identifying model name. Just wondered if anyone had theirs stilen recently?

Have you told the police? There should be a number somewhere on the bike to identify it...
