I?m looking for a hypnobirthing / hypnotherapy book and relaxation CD ? ideally either the Natal hypnotherapy one or the Katharine Graves one.

Hi Jenny, unfortunately i don't have these to offer you, but I am personally also looking at hypnobirthing options at the moment and trying to decide whether a book/CD's will be as effective as following a course - which are quite pricey! Are the two books you mention above books that have been recommended to you? As I'm trying to find books which might be useful for me too.
