Just wanted to add a review for Tony at TDR property maintenance. Tony came and completed work on the sash windows, window ledges and front door of our flat. He was really reliable and the work was completed to a very high standard. I was really impressed with how hard he worked despite the sweltering temperatures! He was really helpful and knowledgeable and generally just a really nice guy- he kindly helped a neighbour of mine out with a small job free of charge. I would definitely use Tony again for all future maintenance work. Very competitive price wise too, couldn't be happier!

Tony did some more work for us, this time re-tiling our shower which had not been done properly when installed. We are very pleased with the work and grateful to Tony for his hard work and flexibility to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend him.

Tony did an absolutely brilliant job on my bathroom which was a bit of a state really. The work got done in less time than he said it would and I was able to use my toilet and bath throughout the work being done which was really helpful. There were problems caused by previous work but found a reasonable great solution. My bathroom is lovely again and looks fab, tiling looks excellent. Definitely be using Tony when I get my kitchen done. Tony gets my recommendation, quick and quality work.

Really happy to recommend Tony of TDR Property Maintenance. He came out quickly to price a decorating job and helpfully gave me a couple of options. While he was at the house I showed him a small job that could perhaps be done at the same time. Tony fixed it there and then! When the dates he could do the bigger job didn't fit in with our plans he was happy to wait for us to get organised. Will definitely be using TDR again.

Would highly recommend Tony. He completely a series of job at our house last week: tiling, some external brick repair and helped fix a boiler flue issue, along with a few other small jobs too. All were completed to a high standard and in good time. His quotes were quick, clear and reasonable and he offered great solutions to issues we had around the house. We'll definitely be using again.

Would definitely recommend TDR Property Maintenance. Tony was very prompt and helpful in responding to my message about a damaged bathroom ceiling and had fixed it within a couple of weeks. Very efficient service at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

I would also like to recommend Tony from TDR Property Maintenance. He responded almost straight away to a request for a quote (which was in itself extremely reasonable) and once we agreed a time and date, he arrived on the button. Super nice guy and helpful in guiding a couple of decisions. The job was to reseal two showers - all done efficiently and looks great!!

Highly recommended. Tony arranged for our gutters to be mended by some very pleasant gentleman who arrived within a couple of hours of me calling him. Bonus - they were roofers and gave me some really helpful advice on our roof for which I was very grateful! Thanks Tony - I?ll be calling about my bathroom leaks shortly!

Tony recently came and fixed some guttering that had come loose and causing problems.

He came with another guy who between them navigated the challenges of getting onto the roof and did a great job.

He arrived when he said he would, clear communication about the price and a really nice & honest guy - I paid him too much by mistake and he came back and returned the extra ?20 i gave him.

I'll definitely use him again.

I'm also adding a recommend for Tony of TDR. He carried out some internal redecorating and restored a water-damaged bedroom ceiling, delivering high-quality work while fitting in with my requested timetable and wrapping up on schedule. He also fixed up for electrical work to be carried out, which was done efficiently by his colleague Tom.

Very happy with TDR Dulwich property.

Tony came the next day to check out the leak(just before new Years eve.) and all booked for following week.

Very happy with a good job at a reasonable price and had total trust in their expertise.

    • Why on earth is there so much interest, and negativity, after a 100 days of a Labour government when we had 1000s of days of dreadful government before this with hardly a chat on this Website?  What is it that is suddenly so much greater interest? Here's part of a list of what they have done in a 100 days - it's from a Labour MP so obviously there is some bias, and mainly new Bills so yet to deliver/put into law.  This reminds me of the US election where the popular view was that Biden had achieved nothing, rather than leading the recovery after Covid, a fairer tax system, housing, supporting workers, dealing with community unrest following high profile racist incidents,  So if we think Starmer is ineffective and Labour incompetent then we are all going to believe it? I do feel sick after seeing Clarkson on Newsnight, playing to the gallery.  Surely Trump must have a high profile role for him on the environment and climate change

    • But do you not understand how tough farming is, especially post-Brexit when some of the subsidies were lost and costs have increased massively yet the prices farmers can charge has not? On the BBC News tonight they said pig farming costs had gone up 54% since 2019, cow farming costs up 44% and cereal costs up 43%. The NFU said that the margins are on average 0.5% return on capital. Land and buildings are assets that don't make money until you sell them...it's what you do with them that makes money and farms are struggling to make money and so many farms are generational family businesses so never realise the assets (one farmers on the news said his farm had been in the family since 1822) but will have to to pay tax for continuing the family business. On another news item tonight there was a short piece saying the government has said that 50,000 more pensioners will be forced into relative poverty (60% of the average income) due to the Winter Fuel Allowance removal which will rise to 100,000 more by 2027. James Murray from the Treasury was rolled out on Newsnight to try and defend that and couldn't. You can't give doctors 20%+ and push more pensioners into poverty as a result.  The problem for Labour is the court of public opinion will judge them and right now the jury is out after a series of own-goals, really poor communication and ill-thought-out idealogical policies. And don't ever annoy the farmers.....;-)
    • That % of “affected” doesn’t mean they are all in deep trouble.  It means this will touch on them in some small way mostly - apart from the biggest farms  it’s like high rate tax earners taking to the street when Osborne dragged child/benefit claimants into self assessment.  A mild pain  the more I read, the more obviously confected it is. Still - just as with farage and his banking “woes”, a social media campaign is no barrier to the gullible  what percentage of farms affected by Brexit and to what degree compared go IHT?  Or does that not matter? Thats different money is it?
