If you are looking for a way to incorporate some resistance work into your week then why not try my Kettlebell class? The class is suitable for all fitness levels and feedback has been positive from both beginners and advanced exercisers. Beginners start with a lighter weight and modified moves where necessary. The class offers a full body workout and will really help strengthen your core. Please get in touch with any questions or book online via my website. Please note, this class is not suitable if you are pregnant or have had a baby within the last 5 months. Class take place on Wednesday evenings at The Charter School and Friday mornings at Honor Oak Baptist Church.
