I have a short term office space available to rent on a rolling contract (minimum 2 months) located right by Peckham Rye train station. It is housed in a beautiful period property and is one large room which could comfortably sit up to 8 people.

Office hours will be from 7am - 6pm with internet provided. The room comes part furnished (we have about 6 chairs and two small tables to use) but the tenant will probably want to provide there own.

We are looking for ?300 per week with monthly payments upfront and one months deposit.

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt". Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.
