Does anyone know about Saturday Drop Off?

I've constantly heard really good things about a Saturday Drop Off sports camp at Dulwich College (not sure if that is the only venue they operate at) and I wanted to see if anyone could let me know if they have been before.

I am a very over protected mum particularly when it comes to sport. I know that this camp has been having great reviews but can anyone give me a more in depth review of how they operate and if they are actually any good?
