Hi There,

We have a beautiful flat and a spare bedroom which we would like to rent out on either a short-term basis or a Mon-Fri basis.

The lounge is a decent size with plenty of seating, the kitchen is separate and fully equipped and the second bedroom is on another level.

We are an Irish couple who are tidy and clean, we have a pretty quiet Mon-Friday so we are looking for professionals only and being tidy and clean is a must. We are friendly and like chatting and having a glass of wine. We work hard so we are normally pretty chilled during the week.

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt". Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.
