I've got a double room to rent in a 3 bed house (me and one spare room) for ?750 pcm (all bills and cleaner included). It's 6 min walk from the station and is well presented spacious flat (maisonette) with room for bike storage. It's available immediately and I'm looking for a 30+ professional. Hi the room has not been let yet - there is one that is part furnished. i.e. no bed but cupboard and chest of drawers.
