Basement tanking and utility room

Has anyone had their basement tanked and a utility room put down there? Looking for tips and recommendations of companies. The most basic of basement conversions, not something fancy. Thanks!

I've not had my basement done by I have tanked others mainly in the Pimlico area where there is the opportunity to convert the under pavement coal cellars into utility rooms even an operatic music room!

Does your basement need digging out or is it an ok height as is? Is it prone to flooding? If neither I'll be happy to pass by and take a look for you, if you like.
