keeping milk warm when out and about

Im about to start expressing and want to know which travel bottle bags/holders people use to keep milk fresh for as long as possible and any tips for storing/traveling with breast milk will be greatly received!

I express for my twins and one of them will drink at room temperature the other it has to be heated. I use the tommee tippee insulated carriers which works for a couple of hours, probably up to 3. I've not figured anything out for longer periods...

i took a thermos of hot water and a bowl to put it in. looking back seems a total faff but i mix fed from early on so maybe i didn't do it for long!?

I was thinking of buying the tommee tippee carriers but not sure if the MAM anticolic bottles fit in these.

No doubt they will fit they are very tall, maybe mam make the same sort of thing?
