I had a fried mackerel butty at CodFellas in Peckham http://www.codfellas.com/home.html

It was one of the nicest meals I have had from a chippy in a long time and very reasonably priced. The owner even threw in a few free chips to go with it. The new restaurant area is very smart and I would heartily recommend it.

  There were 3 about an hour ago. I had thought the area around the lake over the low fence was a no dog area.
