If you take word count into consideration, Brendan would drop to 48th and the Gabba would probably be top. His 11,966 posts equates to almost ten posts each and every waking day for almost 4 years - a record that I'm sure you'll agree makes him a true forum "lifestyler".

Just looking through the forums and posts to become acquainted with the boards and I see that some of the users post counts per day are very high.

So,

What do you think that a post count of say over 30 in one day says about the poster/East Dulwich forum?

Just curious really, as I find this sort of stat quite interesting.

    • leave the window alone and put in some "secondary glazing" For sound proofing, you need as big an air gap as you can muster (in this image they should have used the whole windowsill) if you try your own DIY screen (with perspex & wood) you must seal it as far away from the window as you can and add baffles round the perimeter inside (eg. egg cartons) (or other sound proofing materials are availble online). The air gap is your baffle (buffer). Cheaper than replacing the window.

    • Hi we have a beautiful half size that my son learned to play on, presumably that would be too big?
    • Or you could fit them with A+B magnetic strips. I have diy secondary glazing for heat insulation rather than noise and fitted them with magnetic A+B strips. Also, if you'd like a less DIY job, on googling I found this kind of business with info on options: https://www.secondarydiyglazing.com/secondary-glazing-systems/
