Huge Room to let in SE21

I'm looking for someone to take my place in a great house here in Dulwich.

The house boasts many original Victorian features - fireplaces and hallway floors. We also have a 50ft garden (south facing so gets full sun all day) which is great for BBQs and catching the sun in the summer.

The kitchen is large and features an Aga, as well as all the usual appliances (including a dishwasher) and has recently been decorated.

The rest of the ground floor is made up of a large living and dining room with two sofas and a large dining room table. The fireplace in the living room is working, so great when it gets cold enough!

The room itself is vast, coming with a king size bed and a huge amount of fitted storage. The room benefits from being north facing, so great day light in the mornings and also has the original Victorian fire place. The available floor area is 14x13ft.

There is also a cellar, should you need even more storage.

The rest of the house comprises of two shower/bath rooms, a utility room with separate W.C and a loft containing a gym!

You would be sharing with two guys and one girl. It's a friendly and sociable house, with efforts made to do BBQs and dinners every so often.

The House is located close to a bus stop for 3 bus (Brixton or Crystal Palace in less than 20 minutes), with Brockwell Park and Herne Hill being less than a 10 minute walk away. There is also free parking (no permit required).

Rent mentioned above excludes bills - council tax, gas, electricity, water, Sky+ and Broadband, and cleaner add around ?100 to the bill.

Moving date entirely flexible.

House occupations - law, health

House interests -

Rent: ?823 + bills

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt".  Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.

So I've dug out the url to have another try, this time without embedding:  https://x.com/guyshrubsole/status/1858490339356533018 .  Seems ok.   in reply to my own "Where did you get this from?" response to your post at https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/353788-is-rachel-reeves-becoming-the-new-liz-truss/?do=findComment&comment=1688310, in which you again spoke of the government's "doubling the national debt". The above merging of my posts in response to Sue and to Jazzer have been done by the forum system, so there's no point in my trying again to separate them.  I've already tried editing out the merging and reposting the one to jazzer, but ended up with the same forced merge.  Apologies. Latest edit.  The moral seems to be: don't try making two consecutive posts or they'll be liable to merging.  I've now been able to post a freestanding reply to jazzer's post now that there's an intervening post.
