Made it as a very late blow in. Knocking on the door of the Phoenix around midnight convinced a pairty was going on inside. Gladly found Georgia et al in EDT and had a couple of milk based products. Weegee, nice tae meet you. I was convinced you would be a wee hard guy fae glesga!

Im wearing my drinking cords today and will be out and about making up for lost time as working late last night. Annaj was hoping to see you as had just left the Royal Society of Medicine bar and was suitably inspired. That has now past!

Georgia, thanks for all your efforts. I only made a few drinks but always enjoyed them. They dont need to end just a new chairperson required (not me)

First of all, I hope that you both (Georgia and Mr. Pallywotsitoos) enjoyed the evening: it was your night after all.

I have to say that this is close to being one of my favourite EDF drinks - so well done to Sean-the-owl for arranging.

As to the evening itself: one word - fabulous! I enjoyed catching up with and taking the "piss" out of many of the "old" faces. But meeting some newbies was equally pleasurable; such as Pickle, EDKiwi, PGC, Wilhelm, and last, but in no way least, fellow Man. U supporter and shining star of the evening: Narnia. PGC is spot on Narnia: you are adorable. Which reminds me, the 2012 Olympics? Nah, I was merely warming up in the event of another Midnight Race.

T, although we had said hello before, it was an absolute pleasure to get to know you better - Mark is a lucky fella (hear that Mark?).

My dear longstanding friend karter, I am so glad that, despite your exhausting day, you made it. It was a fantastic surprise to see both you and H, given the fact that you had said you wouldn't be coming.

And how could I forget to give a special mention to my personal escort home, who ensured I was well inside the house before setting off himself to some 10 or so houses further down. Thanks Weegee.

Just one hint of sadness: I was sorry to learn that you had already left by the time I arrived Mick Mac.

And apologies (alas there are always apologies) to Nicky for calling you Emma and to Daizie for scoffing most of your kebab.:-$

Yes was a cracking night out last night. I hadnt been to a EDF drinks for a while and glad I popped along last night. Great to see the regulars down there last night including Michael, Sean , Sue, Raj , Georgia, FloatingOnion.

Also nice to see Dave, Kels, Geo.

Daizie I now know who you are....and wont mix you up with Sue again!

I have suffered today with the mother of all hangovers...and drove the family to Essex for a birthday party today....
