Looking for a 2 bed flat or house, mid Feb to End March, 6 weeks only

My family need a 2-bed place of our own for 6 weeks in SE22, ideally withing walking distance of Goose Green, whilst we have some work done to our house.

It would just be for my wife and I and our 4 year old daughter, all house trained, non-smoking, tidy guests.

I know 6 weeks isn't much for anyone letting, but can pay cash, up front and do what ever I can to make it worth your while.

From 17th Feb to End March. but can be flexible to accomodate.
