Yoga teacher & two superheroes looking for a new home

Me & my two little ones are looking for a lovely long term home - with a garden. We are great tenants and prefer to stay on the Nunhead side of Peckham Rye or Brockley, but will consider other areas for the perfect home. I'm a yoga teacher. My guys are 7 and (nearly) 5. They are awesome! But boys need space to be boys, so no top floor flats please. This mama is house proud and very clean and tidy, so we really want a place that is beautiful and unfurnished. Our landlords are moving back to London and are reclaiming their house, and and so we are forced to leave ASAP. Really, truly, long lets only. Max ?1450 PCM.

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt". Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.
