Do you know Trixie (or Dennis Prior)?

We bought a house on Peckham Rye in 2006. Every Christmas since then we receive a card addressed to the previous owner (Dennis Prior) form Trixie. Sadly, Dennis has passed away (when we bought the house). We'd love to let Trixie know, but there are never any additional details.

Even though we moved 2 years ago, today the card reached us again as we are still in touch with our old neighbour.

If you think you might know Trixie (or if you are Trixie), I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but thought she (/you) should know.

If you bought the house from a relative of the deceased owner, might they not know who Trixie is?
