Hi,

I am a local Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant guiding people with 1-2-1 support to achieve their weight loss goals.

What I will do for you:

- Work with you to discover your needs and how we can make Cambridge Weight Plan work for you, I understand different lifestyles and barriers and will help you overcome them.

- Help you reach your goal and tackle adversity - such as preparing for large events or helping you get back on track after a slip up.

- Offer constant support and encouragement throughout your journey, whether that journey is losing 7lbs or 7 stones.

- Help you maintain your weight loss once you are at your goal.

I am based near Peckham Rye Common, close to transport links and have free parking. I cover East Dulwich, Peckham Rye, Denmark Hill, Nunhead, Brockley and the surrounding areas and offer evening and weekend appointments.

Joining Cambridge Weight Plan was honestly the best advice I have ever received and since going on plan and dropping 3 stones, I not only look but also feel better than I have in a over a decade.
