Completely agree. It is not only good practice to inform clients in advance of a move/departure/closure but they presumably have not been sending regular case updates either. My advice would be to continue to complain to firm, SRA and Ombudsman. -
SRA have told my neighbour that GD have moved and a new sign will be going up outside. In my opinion, this is bad practice and clients should have been notified before this. -
Yes - reply from the facebook group; they're being distributed in the area and also by the artists. -
And, with limits of personal safety, go and have a look. The presence of an onlooker can deter an attack or de-escalate a domestic argument
