Summer Holiday Recommendations

Back to school for the kids already tomorrow & I'm now looking at Summer Holidays!

Just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for places in Europe that are great for kids. Mine will be 3 and 5. We've looked at Eurocamps which seem fine but up for a bit more rustic/ adventurous but still with things to do for kids. Will be 4 adults and 4 kids so holiday villas etc also an option.
