- Recently refurbished, 2 bedroom flat to let in Nunhead from Jan 8th 2016.

- Fully furnished with shared garden, accessible from kitchen stable door.

- On a hill with views of central london, so great light; Everest double glazing for warmth and quiet, and an insulated loft with storage space.

- Great Transport links: 2 secs walk to Nunhead train station (Direct 15mins to Victoria, 12 mins to Blackfriars, 25 mins to Kings Cross St Pancreas) and 10mins walk to Brockley for the East London line to Hackney and North East London.

- Not in the location google maps gives for the postcode but 100m closer to the station.

- 2 mins walk to Nunhead Cemetery (a beautiful lush woodland).

- Great local shops and cafe's, lovely green villagey feel.

- Rent ?350pw.

- Available for a couple or small family or single occupancy, not a flat share i'm afraid.

- We're looking for long-term clean and respectful tenants who will be looking after the flat as we've been doing. Deposit held by Deposit Protection Service. We?ll need the usual last 3 months bank statements, landlord and proof of employment references to proceed.

Please get in touch if interested!

More pics available on request.

Thanks, freddy

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt".  Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.

So I've dug out the url to have another try, this time without embedding:  https://x.com/guyshrubsole/status/1858490339356533018 .  Seems ok.   in reply to my own "Where did you get this from?" response to your post at https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/353788-is-rachel-reeves-becoming-the-new-liz-truss/?do=findComment&comment=1688310, in which you again spoke of the government's "doubling the national debt". The above merging of my posts in response to Sue and to Jazzer have been done by the forum system, so there's no point in my trying again to separate them.  I've already tried editing out the merging and reposting the one to jazzer, but ended up with the same forced merge.  Apologies. Latest edit.  The moral seems to be: don't try making two consecutive posts or they'll be liable to merging.  I've now been able to post a freestanding reply to jazzer's post now that there's an intervening post.
