Hello to any local pregnant couples.

Would you like to prepare for a positive birth? To learn skills that will help you have an enjoyable pregnancy and discover techniques that will help you make a smooth transition to parenthood?

** 1 place left for our January Hypnobirthing Place course, starting on Saturday 14th (10am-2pm) and finishing on Sunday 22nd (10am - 2pm). **

Other weekend group courses with places (all days are 10am-2pm):

February - Sunday 5th and Saturday 11th

March - Saturday 4th and Sunday 12th

April - Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd

May - Saturday 6th and Sunday 14th

Hypnbirthing mum Alice describes how she found the course.

"What surprised me the most was the information about how my body actually works during labour. The physical process, the hormones, I found it fascinating. My husband went from thinking I'd need every drug and bit of medical help Kings could provide, to seeing how capable my body was of doing this and that was incredibly empowering for both of us.

I believe Hypnobirthing should be an education for every pregnant woman."

Join a course and know that 10% of your course fee (?295) will go to charities supporting safe births for women in developing countries.

    • I can't recommend Aria enough! He helped me out very last minute on a Friday night when my kitchen sink was blocked. Super friendly and left me with some bits in case anything went wrong in the future and I could hopefully fix myself. Any plumbing issues, he's your guy!
    • Many people like letting their dogs take a crap in the street as well... It's not mass transport. It's transport for those too lazy to actually cycle rather than sitting on a powered vehicle. Oh and those green credentials? Discuss those with the kids digging up the critical minerals powering the bikes. These vehicles should be docked as they are in other cities. That way twats wouldn't be able to leave them in the way of those who can't see well or get around easily. They like their mobility too.
    • Yes, thanks, evidently I have had both! Yes, thank goodness (though I have been feeling a bit sick, but I suspect that may be due to oat milk past its use by date which I stupidly used to make  hot chocolate last night). Sorry to hear you are ill too. Sounds different to mine, I haven't been feverish, and my throat wasn't scratchy, just very sore on the first day. Though I did sound a bit hoarse when I spoke on the phone this morning. Definitely feeling sorry for myself though, got a lot to do and not up to doing it, just lying around in bed. Commiserations to everyone else in the same boat!
    • Arnold Clark in Sydenham.  Easy to reach on 176 bus and good weekend deals. Used them recently and all good.   I believe cheaper in general than the big national ones
