My lovely big, bright room in a great houseshare is available from mid-end January (date a bit flexible) as I'm moving abroad.

It's ?650 per month, plus bills of around ?110.

The room is:

Furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit)

Garden-facing, so really peaceful

Full of natural light

Really spacious

The house has:

A living room and a dining table in the kitchen, so there's plenty of space for socialising

2 bathrooms

A spare room for hanging up washing etc.

Sky TV

A cleaner

My housemates are:

Professionals with interesting jobs

Really easy to live with - pretty tidy, no smokers, pets or party animals

Keen to chat after a long day - we often end of in front of the TV together

I'm really sad to be leaving one of the best houseshares I've found. Snap the place up - it's a gem. :)
