Personally I only buy Huggies, more expensive but they're the only brand with the elasticated bit going all the way round the back which prevent any messy leaks into clothes. If you like pampers though the own brand one seem pretty similar so I'd go down that route.

I thought pampers were terrible, they smelt worse than the wee and poo for some reason. They leaked, fell apart and then the lining stuck to my baby's skin. I can't understand why they are so popular. Tried the own brands and they leaked. Huggies have been the best by far.


I think its a little like buying different dresses in different shops. There is a style and shape to suit different babies.

      Use Aria and AFE Plumbing when plumbing issues at a rented house. Came in to sort job at weekend at very short notice to fix problem with bathroom sink. Recommended.

      If you're looking for stunning, long-lasting and eco-friendly raised beds for your garden I can strongly recommend Ben (gardener-carpenter based in Camberwell) who recently made a set of raised beds / planter boxes for my garden! We had a consultation on the phone, he shared some ideas and options plus prices and then I sent him my desired measurements for the planters and he had them built and delivered to me within 2 weeks. He can also fill with compost and help with planting selection and sourcing. I'm so happy with these and Ben's fantastic craftmanship! He uses a wood preservation technique called Yakisugi to not only ensure the timber has long life but create a beautiful striking effect by bringing out the grain. He also uses reclaimed wood and natural oil to treat the boards, so they are safe/perfect for food-growing.
