Applying for state schools in and around Dulwich

We are considering moving back to Dulwich. Can anyone give me some advice as to how state school applications work for my daughter starting school next September? It would be much appreciated! Do you apply direct to schools or is it through your catchment area?

In answer to your question, you apply directly to the local authority (details of how in above link) although a few schools also require supplementary forms (e.g. Some of the faith schools).

FYI, the deadline for applications is 15th January.
