Pasta. That's not bad in itself obv, but we eat pasta at least once every single day. Try to vary the sauce. Seriously - potato waffles are bad? Here we would consider them to be vegetables and welcome them, as it is they (and chips) are only nice if there's a nice dollop of mayo you can dip them in and lick off. Supper is always sthg 'bad' like sausages/fish fingers/beans/spaghetti hoops etc. 5 a day comprises a humzinger or 2, maybe a fruit pot, ellas smoothie and maybe just maybe some pear. Milk is minimal and chocolate flavoured. Hmm - Jamie Oliver/Annabel Karmel - you try battling with my 18m old...

(And we share 2 hobnobs in bed every morning and try and hide the crumbs so husband doesn't notice....)

I sometimes lace my 16 month old's meals with traces of processed saltly meat(bacon, ham, corn beef) or strongly flavoured cheese. Amazing how much better steamed veg and a baked potato goes down when it has a grated mature cheddar and diced bacon topping.
yum stock cubes yes mine now fight over an oxo cube!!!! sad little mites, but my brother informes me that we used to do the same thing. The morning tea and biccy ritual has been handed down through the generations my mum couldn not start the day with out a digestive and a cuppa,,,couldnt even speak to her, she had crazy mad mum hair(which I know have)and strange stary eyes, this strangly disaperred once the digestive had been consumed....Oh my god I AM MY MOTHER!!!!!!
