Looking for a community space 4th/5th Feb.

I'm looking for a space to film group therapy session on the 4th and 5th of February. It can be municipal space or an old basement or school gym - a little character would be nice - but it could be anything really. I've visited the Community Southwark website and had a look at some of their spaces, but maybe there's a hidden gem local to me that would be better.

Does anybody know of any interesting or not-so-interesting but available spaces?
