Post natal Restore - Thursday 5th January 2017

Recommended Posts

This course is all about reconnecting with your body after having a baby. We will work from the inside out activating your core and pelvic floor to restore function and strength using breathing, movement and resistance using thera bands.

Exercises are chosen to address posture, function and strength so the intensity is dependent on where you are at in your recovery. Being small classes we can give more individual attention ensuring you are doing the correct exercises at the right level for you. We use a mix of exercises including Pilates but also like to ensure we cover exercises that are going to restore your body for daily function so you can move more freely and become more active.

Babies are welcome along too. We set the room up to include bouncy chairs and mats so you can have your little one beside you.

    • Popped in there earlier today and picked up Doritos advertised as 2 packs for £3.20 At the checkout the cashier insisted it was £2 each. Spoke to the Manager who insisted all the crisps and snacks pricing were wrong and the offers were finished!!!  Just paid for my fabric softener and left the shop.  They shouldn’t be allowed to do that!
    • Clearly Judas Priest.  Rob Halford's vocal range is/was something else.  They never got the early fame and success that Sabbath did.  Sabbath are doing one last gig, and BBC claims they were the first.  Couldn't comment on the Beeb article so this is next best thing  Long since stopped listening to this genre but need to put the record right.
    • I bought three pairs of cheap reading glasses there  Bargain.  If you have an issue complain.  I did for some bird food a few years ago.  Got a voucher.
    • Can anyone recommend a good 2nd hand car showroom?  I do not think my car will pass its MOT next month so am on the look out for another car. Family have used Lancers in Beckenham for their last 3 cars, but they only have 1 automatic drive (Nissan Duke) which is too big for me. Would like Ford/Vauxhall etc or similar size. Must be automatic, petrol and ULZ compatible. At this stage just want to get an idea of what is out there and prices. Hopefully my car which is 20 years old, passes MOT this time which will give me longer time to look around.
