Consort Estate SE15?

Hi All

So I know it's not ED but was wondering if any of you know anything about Consort Estate just off Peckham Rye? Myself and my partner are looking to buy and have been to see a couple of properties there. I suppose our main concerns would be to do with safety within the estate ie coming home at night, or break in etc. Any feedback would be great thanks
