GONE Sofa, Cube beds & Coffee Machine

We're moving house this week and these bits are unneeded / unused so happy to give them away for free so we don't have to take them with us...

Collection only from Forest Hill, ideally tomorrow (or potentially Monday or Tuesday evening).

Brown sofa

Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine - this was a Christmas present and has only been used a few times

X2 Futon Company Cube beds - can be used as pouffes or extra seating by day; the covers come off and they fold out into single guest beds when required. One cover has ripped along the seam at the bottom but this can be hidden or could easily be sewn back together. View online http://www.futoncompany.co.uk/sleepover/cube-bed-felt-cover.html

    • My mum lost her cerise pink longline purse around 4pm today. Last had it in the Organic Shop on Lordship Lane.  Called them but they haven’t had anything handed in.  If anyone has found it please let me know. Thank you.
    • Ofcom does charge Royal Mail for not delivering First and Second class mail on time, but it's done by metrics and not individual cases. They fined them £5.6m last year. Saying that, it's probably cheaper for Royal Mail to take the fine than to hire more carriers. I can see the industry moving towards a gig economy style thing in the future, akin to Amazon Flex
    • I just think some owners are a bit dippy, they aren't aware that dogs cause a lot of issues for wildlife. Ground nest birds will abandon their young, foxes and badgers will abandon their dens, rats and mice will relocate into people's gardens and houses, squirrels and birds typically avoid dog heavy areas too. There are a lot of parks in the area that allow for unleashed dogs, so it really makes no sense to ruin the lives of other animals because the owner simply cannot be arsed.
    • Post that isn't tracked won't be a priority.  There are no fines issued to the postal service for failing to deliver ordinary letters.  So until the policy changes general letters will be late.  Post office staff are not being given great contracts anymore and they often being pushed to the maximum for not a great deal.   But getting letters late does cause issues.
