?580 double bedroom East Dulwich

Hi all! We have 2 rooms available in my house.

It's a 2 floors flat, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

It's located in Derwent Grove, literally 2 minutes from East Dulwich station.

The house will be shared with myself and an archeologist.

The rent of each room would be ?580 + bills that are usually a cleaner once a week, water, council tax, wifi, electricity. They may vary during the year, in winter the maximum ever has been ?90 and in summer around ?40.

The room is available from the 19th of January, with a 3 year contract managed by an agency because the landlord lives abroad.

There is the possibility to leave the room at any point before the 3 years time, paying a small fee and finding someone else to replace.

We are not proper party people, sometimes we enjoy meals together or we might have friends/colleague coming around. We are all professionals, really respectful of privacy, personal spaces and timing (like when I sleep after night shifts) and we like easygoing people to compromise with (like having drinks here for birthdays/small events or relatives/boyfriends around once in a while for a weekend).

If you have any questions let me know please.

contact me on my email for pictures.

    • How can a supermarket "run out of gas"? Was that a joke? The Metro article is referring to the central gas supply, surely? Which hasn't actually run out yet.   I said "local" press. And the reason would be that the bad publicity might push Sainsbury's head office to improve what sound like presently appalling conditions for their DKH staff to work in. Yes of course there are terrible things happening all over the world. That doesn't mean that we shouldn't try to change things which we might be able to have an immediate impact on locally.
    • What good would it do reporting it to the press? If one thinks it is a major issue, just for a moment, think about the hardship in cities in Ukraine where residents  are lucky to get one hour of electricity a day and where water is not being pumped to residential blocks.
