PREGNANCY YOGA WORKSHOP - There are a few last spaces for my Yogamama pregnancy yoga workshop at the beautiful Push Studios in East Dulwich this Sunday, 27 November 2-4pm.

This is a one-off prenatal workshop (perfect for second time mums wanting a pregnancy yoga refresher or for mums who can't make a regular yoga class).

We will go through some gentle yoga flow sequences, breathing techniques for labour and end with deep relaxation. PLUS tea and cake!

  I remember both, many, many years ago. And the Kings Arms was at the junction of East Dulwich Road and Peckham Rye, it was huge and was converted to flats. Oh those were the days.
