Brand new, in box with plastic wrapping. No measuring spoon inside, it seems there is supposed to be one from the manual but having read the reviews it seems a missing spoon is normal. The one in the photo is mine. It's great for when you are in a rush. It takes a couple of minutes making the coffee. You can use any coffee or loose tea. It makes enough for one cup and has a insulated cup with it which keeps the coffee hot gradually going warm over the hour. It is slim also so dosen't take up a lot of space.

I had to make three cups of coffee before it produced coffee piping hot, which it does now. Don't know why. Retails at ?27 I'm selling it for ?15! 5 available.
