We have a decent sized building job coming up. I'm thinking of asking Mark Elsebach from ME Home Improvements to come over and quote.

Does anyone have any experience of using Mark?

I'm especially keen to know if he's able to stick to timelines, communicates well if things change, and if he's tidy and able to do jobs requiring structural/ steel work. Not sure if he's just a handyman.

Finally, how did you find his team around toddlers, kids, dogs and life at home? I assume all good builders are respectful of private spaces within your home too.
