Builder needed

I need a builder to take a look at an old external loo ( no loo remaining in there) which is adjacent to my Victorian add on Conservatory.

I think a flashing has failed , as i have a wet wall because of the rain recently and signs of black fungus on the inside of my conservatory.

Can anyone recommend a builder for this kind of thing. I use the old loo as a garden shed!!!

Its pretty urgent and needs to get sorted out sooner than later.
