Dogs can't read and some owners don't bother to, I'm afraid. Too many seem to think that rules don't apply to them. Or their charges. -

The flood alleviation works have been completed. This thread is talking about large sections of the park being closed off for the setting up of the Gala festival. I am concerned at how much of the parks open areas ( sports fields and open fields opposite Harris boys) will be out of use by local people for quite a long time
