Venue in Peckham SE15 for new under 4s project

I am looking to deliver a free 12 week fitness, wellbeing and play project for London & Quadrant Housing residents, as well as Peckham residents, for families with under 4s from Jan-March 2017. Can anyone recommend any suitable venues in SE15 with parking facilities or where the venue is on a residential road?
