A cool one bedroom flat on the ground floor of a Georgian building. Located one road from the station.

My friend has been living here happily for the last three years. Sadly he has just left for New Zealand.

The bedroom is large and has two wardrobes and a lot of storage

The living room/ kitchen are combined.

There is a small larder and office room, which could be a little studio for an artist

The patio has a garden table and chairs for when the sun returns next year.

There is a washing machine and dryer.

I live in the flat above so am on hand if there are any problems to solve.

Rent is ?1400 + bills like council tax which come to about ?200 pcm.

It is available from 11 Dec.

You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt". Have you perhaps been relying on someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation.
